Who said oats were just for breakfast? Need a mid day pick me up? Why not try making a Little Oats Jar. Layer it up with yoghurt, fruit, chia seeds and of course our Little oats which have a unique blend of chia seeds, goji berries, linseed and matcha.

 

Bootea Brownie

Peckish after you’ve hit the gym? Need a mid-day snack? Our Bootea Brownie is high in protein and low in sugar, have it with raspberries or warm it up to let it melt in your mouth.

Chocolate Protein Balls

Sick of the same old protein shake? Why not use our Chocolate Bootea Shake to make some tasty Chocolate Protein balls. Simply take some Bootea Oats. Bootea Chocolate shake, peanut butter, chia seeds, and honey, and mix together and leave to set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
