Happy Friday! We've got the best cheat day treat for you, which uses our summer berry fruity teatox!
The microwave cake is a perfect treat and so easy to make!
Here's what you'll need:
- 30g White chocolate
- 30g Butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Icing sugar
- 5 tbsp Plain flour
- 1 Sunshine Berry Fruity Teatox daytime teabag
- 5 mixed berries
- 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
Method:
- Add the white chocolate and butter to your mug
- Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir until melted. Set aside
- In a bowl, add the egg, icing sugar and plain flour. Whisk in between each ingredient
- When mixed, add mixture to mug with melted butter and chocolate. Stir together
- Split bag and add contents of 1 Bootea Fruity Teatox Sunshine Berry daytime teabag. Stir
- Add mixed berries, stir and place in microwave for two minutes
- When cooked, add berries and icing sugar on top to finish cake
