CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH SHAKE 

 Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup uncooked raw oats
- ¼ tsp imitation butter extract
(found next to the vanilla extract on the baking aisle)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 8 ice cubes
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tsp miniature chocolate chips

Optional: whipped cream topping for garnish

Instructions

Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) into the blender and blitz until smooth

Add 1 tsp of miniature chocolate chips to the mixture and blend until they just begin to break apart

Pour into a glass and garnish with additional 1 tsp of chocolate chips and optional whipped cream topping

CAKE BATTER PROTEIN SHAKE 

Ingredients

- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp imitation butter extract
- 1½ tsp sugar free, fat free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 5 ice cubes

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until smooth

If the shake is too thick or thin, add more ice or almond milk according to taste and blend until desired consistency is reached

PEANUT BUTTER CUP SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Layer

- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- pinch of salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
-1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 4 ice cubes

Chocolate Layer

- 1 banana
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- handful of spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

Peanut Butter Layer

Place all ingredients in a blender & blitz until smooth. Pour mixture into a glass

Chocolate Layer

Place all ingredients in a blender & blitz until smooth. Pour this layer over the Peanut Butter layer in a spiral motion

 WAKE-UP CHOCOLATE MILK

Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp creamed coconut
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp ground coffee
- 2 bananas
- 6 ice cubes

Instructions

Add all ingredients to the blender and blitz until smooth
